Big Screen Kings Tournament Terms & Conditions
Registration & Payment
- All tournament entries must be paid in full prior to participation.
- Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
- Tournament spots are limited and are filled on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Big Screen Kings reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who violate tournament rules or venue policies.
No-Show Policy
- Participants are responsible for arriving prior to the published check-in time.
- Players who fail to check in before tournament play begins may forfeit their entry.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for missed events, late arrivals, or player no-shows.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable processing fees.
- Refund requests made within 48 hours of the event are not guaranteed and may be issued at the sole discretion of Big Screen Kings.
- Once tournament play has begun, all entry fees are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation

If Big Screen Kings cancels an event prior to tournament play, participants will receive either:
- A full refund; or
- Event credit toward a future tournament.
- Big Screen Kings reserves the right to modify tournament formats, schedules, prize structures, or event details when necessary.
Weather Policy
- Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
- Delays may occur due to rain, lightning, excessive wind, unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Big Screen Kings.
- Every reasonable effort will be made to complete the tournament as scheduled.
Force Majeure (Acts of God)

Big Screen Kings shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Hurricanes
- Flooding
- Fire
- Power outages
- Internet outages
- Government actions
- Public emergencies
- Venue closures
- Acts of God
- In such circumstances, refunds, credits, rescheduling, or alternative remedies may be offered at the sole discretion of Big Screen Kings.
Technical Issues
- Tournament officials may pause, restart, replay, or reschedule races due to equipment malfunctions, software failures, controller issues, power interruptions, or network-related problems.
- Tournament officials shall determine whether a race will be restarted or allowed to continue.
Player Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
- Harassment, threatening behavior, cheating, deliberate disruption, interference with equipment, or interference with other competitors may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event without refund.
Spectator Conduct
- Spectators may not interfere with competitors, tournament staff, equipment, or tournament operations.
- Spectators who create distractions or disruptions may be removed from the event or venue.
Media Release
- By participating in a Big Screen Kings event, players grant permission for Big Screen Kings to photograph, record, livestream, and use their likeness for promotional, marketing, social media, and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Assumption of Risk
- Participation is voluntary.
- Players assume all risks associated with participation and attendance.
- Big Screen Kings, its staff, sponsors, venue partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, theft, or personal property claims arising from participation in the event.
Final Authority
- Tournament officials retain final authority regarding all rulings, interpretations, disputes, penalties, disqualifications, and tournament operations.
- All official decisions are final.
